At Waverley Residence, we take pride in the quality and professionalism of our staff. Each team member holds relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Mental Health, or Disability.
All staff members hold a current First Aid certificate and are required to maintain up-to-date qualifications. We provide regular reminders and support to ensure all certifications remain current.
Every staff member at Waverley Residence is carefully selected through a thorough recruitment process, which includes detailed interviews, reference checks, and ongoing police checks, offering peace of mind to residents and families alike.

At Waverley Residence, we take pride in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all our residents.
- Laundry services are provided daily, including washing and drying of personal clothing. If preferred, families are welcome to manage laundry themselves.
- Regular cleaning and vacuuming of bedrooms and shared living areas ensure your surroundings stay fresh and tidy.
- Our staff can also assist with bed-making and room upkeep as needed, always with respect for your personal space and preferences.
Fresh, Nutritious Meals Every Day
Homestyle food, made with care
At Waverley Residence, all meals are freshly prepared on-site by our skilled staff, using quality ingredients sourced from local butchers, produce suppliers, and, where possible, our very own vegetable garden.
We offer a variety of nutritious and balanced meals throughout the day, catering to individual preferences, dietary needs, and cultural requirements: Daily Meal Times
- Breakfast: 07.30 am – 08.30 am
- Morning Tea: 10.00 am–10:30 am
- Lunch: 12.00 noon –01.00 pm
- Afternoon Tea: 02:30 pm – 03.00 pm< li>Dinner: 05.00 pm – 06.00 pm
- Supper: 07:30 pm – 08.00 pm
Our goal is to make every mealtime both enjoyable and nourishing — just like home. Special diets and food allergies are accommodated with care and attention.

At Waverley Residence, our qualified, friendly, and compassionate staff are supported by strong quality control and care management systems to ensure the highest standard of support.
Each resident receives a tailored interim and ongoing care plan, developed in partnership with you to reflect your individual physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Your care plan is regularly reviewed and updated in line with any changes in your needs or preferences. It is embedded into your daily routine to ensure you receive the right level of support — when and how you need it.

Safety & Security
A secure environment you can trust
At Waverley Residence, the safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority. We have several measures in place to ensure a secure and comfortable living environment:
- 24-hour security cameras monitor all shared and public areas for added peace of mind.
- The main entry and exit points are secured with access-controlled doors. Residents are provided with personalised touch-on passes to ensure only authorised access.
- Free on-site parking may be available for residents or visitors, subject to availability.
- For the safety of all residents, alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Visiting hours are between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Visitors must leave by 7:00 PM unless prior approval has been given for an extended stay.
